Order Processing & Production
Since we specialize in custom printing (Mugs, Calendars, and Corporate Gifts), each order undergoes a specific production process:
- Standard Prints: Processed within 1-2 business days.
- Custom/Bulk Orders: May take 3-5 business days depending on design approval.
Delivery Timelines
We ship across India from our hub in Karnal, Haryana. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery pin code. Free shipping may be applicable on orders above a certain value, as specified during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details (e.g., BlueDart, DTDC, or Delhivery). You can also track your order status in the My Orders section of your profile.
Shipping Damages
We take great care in packaging fragile items like mugs. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us at amazing.art2017@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
