Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the customized nature of our printing services, the following rules apply:

  • Before Production: Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • During Production: Once the printing process for your custom item has started, cancellations are not accepted.
  • B2B Orders: Large bulk orders for dealers cannot be cancelled once the deposit is processed.

Returns & Replacements

Because our products are personalized (custom mugs, corporate gifts), we do not offer "Change of Mind" returns. We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If the product is broken during transit.
  • Printing Error: If the design printed significantly differs from your approved design.
  • Wrong Product: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
Important: An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund for damaged items.

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method:

  • Verification: Our team in Karnal will verify your request within 24-48 hours.
  • Credit: Once approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.
